The following is our product QC process:
â–² Appearance Inspection:
Material Inspection: Ensure that the materials used are required by clients.
Polishing Inspection: Ensure that there are no obvious defects or scratches on the surface of the handle.
Configuration Inspection: Check whether all parts are assembled correctly to ensure that the door lock can be installed and used normally.

Tortoise lock test: test whether the door lock opens and closes properly, to avoid situations such as the latch not being able to be popped during installation. Use the machine to test the durability of the lock body to ensure that it is not prone to failure in later use.
Lock cylinder test: check all parts are complete to ensure that the later door locks can be installed and used properly.
